- Connect scan tool, retrieve codes. P2195- Oxygen Sensor signal stuck lean (bank 1 sensor 1)- Current P2238- Oxygen sensor pumping current circuit low (Bank 1 Sensor 1)- Current Customer installed Air Flow Sensor and Rear Oxygen Sensor. Determined the parts installed were likely counterfeit and were askew. Font and color of package were not correct compared to the product we were able to acquire from part store.
