- Found severe oil leak coming from Engine oil cooler. Also noticed was all the Coolant hoses, including Heater hoses were swollen. Likely caused by trace amounts of oil in the cooling system. Some of the same gaskets that were allowing oil to leak externally were the same gaskets to keep engine oil and coolant separated.
- ENGINE OIL COOLER – Remove & Replace – LS,1.8L Eng – [Includes: R&I Exhaust Manifold. Includes:Drain and refill Low Temperature Cooling System.]
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection. Road test vehicle.
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – LS,1.8L Eng Both
- HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – Both,Inlet & Outlet – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
